Workers weren’t big on employers using AI to review resumes and applications. Only 24% believe that AI should be used for this purpose. what do you think? Especially in evaluating talent from diverse communities and various counties in Asia, recruiters who depend on AI and keywords might fail to select the right candidate, whose CV has fallen through the cracks.
